We collect information you provide to us when you request or purchase services from us. We collect information through our client intake form, and communication via text, email, letters, and phone calls. 

4. Purpose of Data Collection

Personally identifiable information that visitors submit to our site is used only for the purpose for which it was submitted and for the purpose of updating the EBMCPA, Inc.’s mailing list. EBMCPA, Inc. may use this updated mailing list to send you information or communication regarding EBMCPA, Inc. news, upcoming events and/or services. EBMCPA, Inc. will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose any personal information that you provide to us or to any third party without first obtaining your written permission, unless required by law or court order.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to

us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when

you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include:

products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not

limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have

Although our Firm strives to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warranty the security of any information you may transmit to us. This transmission is done at your own risk. We will not disclose any confidential client information unless we have client consent to do so or are required/permitted by our profession or by law. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.

All client information, including SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.

You may verify the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate. However, in certain circumstances permitted by law, we will not disclose certain information to you.
